What do you sell?

Budget-friendly gaming gear we've tested ourselves (headsets, mechanical keyboards and gaming mice, all priced under $20), plus official Rots Crew merch: tees, hoodies, hats, mugs, mouse pads, desk mats and stickers.

How much is shipping?

For gaming gear, standard shipping is free on orders under 1 lb and $4.90 for orders from 1 to 4.99 lb, with expedited shipping available. Merch shipping rates are set by our print partners and shown at checkout. See all rates on our Shipping and Delivery page.

How fast will my order ship?

Gaming gear ships from Wisconsin within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–6 business days after that, and expedited takes 1–3. Merch is printed to order by our US print partners in 2–5 business days and ships separately.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not right now. We currently ship to US addresses only.

How do I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. More help is on our Order Tracking page.

Can I return something?

Gaming gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in its original packaging. Merch is made to order, so it can't be returned for size or change of mind, but if it arrives damaged, misprinted or defective we'll replace or refund it. Will this headset, keyboard or mouse work with my setup?

Each product page lists the connection type and specs. If you're not sure whether something works with your PC or console, ask us before you buy and we'll help.
